BUILDINX 2026 brings the property market, capital and projects together

Exhibitors combine location and market consultancy, project development, construction, financing and digital infrastructure. The specialist programme focuses on the economy, land, investment and ESG
From initial location analysis through to financing and project development, right through to implementation, operation and regeneration: from 17 to 19 November 2026 in Dortmund, BUILDINX will bring together key partners in logistics, industrial and data centre property.
Dortmund, 24 September 2026 – Land scarcity, financing costs, energy availability and ESG requirements are making property decisions more complex. This makes direct dialogue between users, investors, developers, financiers, consultants and construction partners all the more important. From 17 to 19 November 2026 at Messe Dortmund, BUILDINX – INNOVATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES will showcase the entire value chain of innovative properties for logistics, industry and data centres. Its line-up of exhibitors demonstrates how market knowledge, capital, development expertise and technical infrastructure come together to create viable projects.
Market expertise for every project phase
Projects involving logistics, industrial and data centre properties begin with the right site, reliable market data and a viable utilisation concept. The requirements vary depending on the asset class: for logistics and industrial properties, factors such as transport links, site layout and expansion options are key; for data centres, energy supply, grid integration, resilience and scalability are particularly important.
Exhibitors such as Logivest and CBRE at BUILDINX 2026 will provide an insight into this broad field. Logivest specialises in logistics properties and sites and provides support for lettings and sales, as well as new-build, site selection, transaction and investment matters. CBRE provides internationally oriented consultancy services covering all aspects of commercial property and investment, whilst also operating its own dedicated division for data centres.
A further selection from the exhibitors’ line-up illustrates the breadth of the subsequent project development. GARBE combines development, management and investment for logistics, light-industrial and technology properties; the group’s remit also extends to the development of data centres. FOX Real Estate develops flexible and sustainable properties for industry, retail and logistics, either as bespoke new-builds or through the regeneration of existing industrial or commercial properties. As an active developer across Europe, Baytree brings a perspective on industrial and logistics properties from numerous markets.
This opens up a variety of pathways to future-proof spaces for owners, occupiers and capital partners. This breadth of exhibitors continues on the implementation, financing and infrastructure fronts. BREMER, for example, combines project development and planning with turnkey construction, refurbishment of existing properties and property-related services for industrial and commercial projects. BF.infrafinance complements this cross-section with whole-loan financing for logistics project developments in Germany and supports financing concepts from land acquisition through obtaining planning permission to completion and stabilisation.
In addition, HUAWEI contributes expertise in the field of Digital Power as well as solutions for data centre infrastructure and critical power supply. This is relevant for property decision-makers – particularly in industrial and data centre projects – because an available, resilient and efficient energy supply is increasingly a key factor in determining feasibility, investment requirements and operational concepts.
Programme addresses the market’s key decision-making issues
Taken together, the examples demonstrate how market knowledge, development, construction, capital and technical infrastructure interlock along the entire value chain at BUILDINX. Alongside the exhibition and specialist programme, BUILDINX specifically creates space for discussions. The BUILDINX GetTogether on the first day of the fair in the Executive Lounge is open to exhibitors and visitors and will bring industry players together in the evening. Tickets and the continuously updated programme are available at www.buildinx.de.
