BUILDINX 2026 launches online ticket shop with new ticketing model

22. June 2026

Just one ticket for all three days of the show: Business platform facilitates access to exhibition, specialist content programme and networking opportunities – Executive Lounge offers space for discussion at decision-maker level.

BUILDINX 2026 is making a visit to the exhibition even easier: The Dortmund Exhibition Centre is introducing a new ticketing model for the forthcoming buyer-meets-seller forum for innovative property in the logistics, industrial and data centre sectors. Instead of single-day and multi-day passes, visitors can gain entry on all three days of the fair with just one ticket. An Executive Lounge dedicated to decision-makers enhances the service portfolio.

Dortmund, 18 June 2026 – The ticket shop for the BUILDINX 2026 is now online. From 17 to 19 November 2026, the Messe Dortmund will once again bring together key players from across the entire value chain of the innovative property for logistics, industry and data centre sectors. The new ticketing model makes it even easier to visit the show: With just one ticket, visitors can make the most of all three days of the exhibition, with plenty of freedom to explore the exhibition, attend the specialist content programme and expand their network.

“The BUILDINX thrives on direct interaction between stakeholders who plan, finance, build, operate and use modern building facilities,” stated Sabine Loos, Managing Director of the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe which owns and operates the Messe Dortmund venue. “By operating a single ticket policy over all three days of the fair, we’re making it even easier for people to attend. This is our way of cementing the core values that define the BUILDINX: Direct lines of communication and engagement with relevant business contacts on the future of the logistics and industrial property sectors, including data centres,” she added.

BUILDINX Night and Executive Lounge allow room for private discussion
The Executive Lounge is another exciting new feature offering C-level visitors a quiet retreat within the exhibition hall, and room for quiet talks without the immediate pressure of a packed agenda. Exhibiting companies can nominate chosen contacts for access to the Executive Lounge. The Dortmund Exhibition Centre will then manage the relevant invitations. A limited number of tickets is also available via the online shop. The BUILDINX Night will also be held in the Executive Lounge on the first evening of the show, providing an exclusive setting for the community to engage face-to-face.

The BUILDINX 2026 is also setting new trends in terms of content. The German Federal Logistics Association (BVL), eco – the German Internet Industry Association, the German Brownfield Association, the Logistics Properties Initiative, Logix, and others will be teaming up to further enhance an already wide-ranging, top-notch social programme. In 2026, the show will once again be combining practical solutions from the exhibition with expert insight into key topics of future importance facing the industry.

Oliver Rakau to deliver opening keynote speech
To get the BUILDINX 2026 off to a flying start, Oliver Rakau, Deputy Chief Eurozone Economist at Oxford Economics, will be presenting an economic outlook. His opening keynote address will be focussing on the outlook for the German economy in the wake of the pandemic, the energy crisis, geopolitical tensions, and structural weaknesses. Rakau will also be examining the extent to which rising public spending from 2027 onwards could lend new impetus for growth, and the role that reforms and adaptability will be playing in future developments.

The Dortmund Exhibition Centre will be hosting the next BUILDINX from 17 to 19 November 2026. kets are available via the online exhibition ticket shop.
