Major players in the logistics and industrial real estate world are set to convene with innovative start-ups at the BUILDINX – INNOVATIONS FOR LOGISTICS PROPERTIES show being held at Messe Dortmund exhibition centre between 19 and 21 November 2024. Tickets are now on sale.

Dortmund, 27 June 2024 – All the players involved in planning, construction, marketing and use of logistics real estate are set to convene for the first time at this year's BUILDINX from 19 to 21 November. Starting now, tickets for individual days and for all three days of the show can be ordered easily online at buildinx.de/en-gb/tickets. A day pass costs EUR 50, and those wishing to make optimum use of the show on all three days will pay EUR 90.

Visitors to the new buyer-meets-seller forum which Messe Dortmund has launched in conjunction with the German Federal Logistics Association (BVL) will discover a wide range of offerings and information on logistics and industrial property. The core topics include energy and sustainability, investment and financing, urban and regional development as well as numerous facets of logistics and industrial real estate, including innovative architectural and digitalisation ideas, opportunities for CEP and last-mile properties, and public acceptance and approval.

BUILDINX is the first trade show to bring together all relevant stakeholders with customers in the industry, commerce, logistics and investment sectors. Thanks to this holistic collaboration approach and the fact that all solution and component providers are being brought together for the first time, it offers visitors a unique opportunity to obtain in-depth information on the latest innovations in a large number of relevant areas relating to logistics and industrial property.
